There's no universal rate, but at Satya Legal we work with transparent packs. A solid agreement, adapted to your real situation, can go from 600€ if it's simple, to 1,500€ if it includes advanced clauses or investment structures.
It depends. If you already have the name validated, and there's risk of public exposure or investment, do it as soon as possible. But if you're pivoting, better wait. We help you decide when and how, without throwing money away unnecessarily.
If you're serious, LLC. It protects you personally, conveys seriousness to investors and allows distributing equity. Freelancer registration can work for an MVP or initial testing, but has important limitations.
It's a loan contract that converts into company participation in the future. It allows investing quickly without valuing the company yet. It's common in pre-seed or seed phases and must be well drafted to avoid scares.
